  I was there no longer than an hour ago. This location was completely disrespectful. To start off, the lady who helped us had a very rude vibe, after the transaction, she didn't even offer me a receipt. When the coffee was ready, they mistook our Large for a Small and when I corrected them. Both the lady and the barista man put up a hostile wall and said we were wrong. We know what we ordered and if they missed up, that's their problem, not ours. When the correct coffee was ready, the barista man just slammed it on the counter. Don't come here if you like good costumer service.

  The staff and the relaxed atmosphere is what makes this place a great stop. Iced coffee is kept cold in the fridge (regular and decaf) refilled wherever I asked.. No hassle. Their hours of operation are predictable , unlike Starbucks, the only other coffee place in Granite Bay where you can go in and sit down. Peet's is much more comfortable and well kept.
