  Called a week in advance to make reservations for their play area for a birthday party... which I did so last year also. Then Called The Day of the party and talked to the manager Sarah and she completely flakes it off stating she knew nothing about it and had to contact her her manager. When I attempted to contact her back several times . I get fax machine tones... totally ruining my daughters birthday party... thanks burger flippers really appreciate the Step Up efforts.

  Food is ok but if you like chicken you should get the hand breaded chicken sandwich. Best thing on the menu.

  They Got My order wrong and when I called to try to resolve the issue, The phone was ignored. I called a second time and while talking The "manager" or Employee who was not rude but Obstinate. She Hung up on me. I will Not be going back,.
